A very poor and dangerous place, I'm seriously considering not using bookings.com again after this. Positive: Location and overall size of the place would be suitable for our work group when we come to ACT. Negative: The destroyed outdoor furniture, the electrical points throughout the house without any covers on them, no tv remote in 1 room, this room also had no A/C, no fan and the window didn't open, there were no cups in the kitchen, some of the outdoor door didn't close properly or lock, the bathroom doors didn't closer properly of lock, a number of lights didn't work, parts of door handles missing. I almost walked out after the 1st night....

We enjoyed our stay in Kingston, and really appreciated that there was enough space for 10 people, and ample air conditi Positive: The place was really spacious, particularly being able to accomodate 10 people. Loved the ample number of aircons, especially since it was an extremely hot weekend. The location was great, and instructions were incredibly easy to follow. It was a great place to stay for a few days. Negative: Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues we had with the property, namely the cleanliness. - Most dishes (plates, glasses, cups, cutlery & cooking utensils) were unclean, and looked like they hadn’t been washed at all. This meant we hand washed everything before we used it for cooking - A pillow in one of the bedrooms had an old blood stain on it - Many of the bathrooms didn’t smell clean upon arrival and contained mould, including supplied towels and old body wash - one of the third floor bathroom doors was broken, meaning the couple staying in that room couldn’t have full privacy when using the bathroom - the smoke alarm on the second landing of the stairs was open and didn’t have any batteries (We’re unsure if the fire safety regulations are different to that of Victoria, but didn’t seem safe nonetheless) - the aircon in one of the third floor bedrooms was dripping water all night, it eventually soaked the towels and carpet underneath - There was a leak coming from the back/side door next to the garage and outdoor area, which lead to a small puddle in the hallway

It was perfect and well priced for our needs. There were 9 of us Positive: Property convenient location, clean, comfortable Easy to find Negative: Ensuite door was off runner, bbq area could be cleaned

The stay was so spacious and convenient. Perfect location. But the rooms were not very clean. We found spiders and bugs even under pillows. We couldn't find the vacuum cleaner. So it was bit hard for us to clean up before we started. But we left the house nice and clean.

The instructions were very clear and allowed us to easily find the accomodation, navigate parking to avoid fines and get around the local area.The accomodation was large and easily accommodated our guests. The location was excellent and we were able to walk to excellent food places nearby.
